How much do your services cost?
The majority of my planning services are free to you.
When you book a trip through me, I’m compensated by the travel suppliers — not by you. For custom itineraries or more involved trip planning, there may be a modest design fee (clearly outlined on the Services page). But I’ll always be upfront and transparent before we move forward.
Why book through a travel advisor instead of doing it myself?
Because you’re not just booking a trip — you’re crafting a memory.
Sure, you could spend 20+ hours searching blogs and trying to compare options… or you could let me take care of all the moving parts. I help you skip the stress, avoid common pitfalls, and get access to perks, upgrades, or hidden gems you might not find on your own.
Do you work with a specific type of traveler?
Moon & Map was created for the dreamers, wanderers, and heart-led explorers — especially those craving authentic, magical experiences. I plan everything from budget-friendly escapes to luxury getaways, and I love helping fellow spiritually inclined folks, creatives, and adventurers bring their visions to life.
What if I’ve already booked my trip?
If you’ve booked part of your trip but still need help with the rest (like excursions, restaurant recs, or transportation), I can often still help! If you’ve booked the whole trip through a third party, it depends on the supplier and I may be limited in what I can do — but it never hurts to ask.
Are your services only for big international trips?
Nope! Whether it’s a local weekend getaway, a honeymoon abroad, or a girls’ trip to Salem, I’d love to help. If it’s travel, it counts.

Terms & Conditions
Design Fees: Some custom planning services may include a design fee. This will always be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins.
Trip Deposits & Payments: Each supplier has its own policies regarding payment deadlines, refunds, and cancellations. I’ll walk you through everything to ensure there are no surprises.
Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended (and often available at a discount through my trusted partners).
